Cot Quilts ? a patchwork quilt/play mat with the name, date, weight or anything else you want hand-embroidered onto the central patch.
£60 + cost of materials and postage.

Marriage Quilts ? ask the guests to sign their names on a patch at the reception with a fabric marker. The central patch will be hand-embroidered with details of the couple and the date, and then the patches will be assembled into a patchwork quilt/throw.
£450 + cost of materials and postage.

Community commemorative banners ? I am happy to discuss any sort of community based project or a straight commission. Price would be negotiated according to time and materials.
